[VvV] originated on the PS2, with Socom II. Ever since we have been a strong force on each and every Socom title: Socom III, CA and Confrontation. During the PS3 release we took a little time to get our feet planted, a lot of our numbers had moved over to the Xbox 360 world. But with Call of Duty Modern Warfare we were able to get our blood flowing again. We didn't compete all that hard in CoD MW, just a few Game Battles here and there, hung out with a lot of our SCEA buddies and awaited for Socom's new release!
Upon Confrontation's release we had a strong set of numbers and a very experienced and veterned Leadership. We took our time getting competitive, until we found the Best Damn Socom League. We regrouped and set our sights in on kicking [VvV] style. Our first Season was Beyond the Glory Season I and then Season II we made the playoffs both Seasons, just missing the Finals our last Season. We also joined the Enemy Territory Season II, a Demo style League we again made the playoffs. Do to the same few maps being played again and again interested started to fall for our involvement in the BDSL and Socom in general.
As this is being typed we are in the works to build ourselves back up on Socom, and the PS3 world. Our experienced 360 Leadership, now with nearly every one of them owning a PS3, will help bring life back into our PS3 side. It will take small steps, but I see our PS3 side becoming just as strong and popular as our 360 side. Many of our Veteran members are stepping up to help get [VvV] back on top of the PS3 Network. Mobiustrip, Stonewolf, Jon911 and Maelos along with Ocho, kleenX and myself I see a bright and strong future before us.
